PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES: As a client of a Professional Fitness Trainer, you will receive the attention of an expert in movement and exercise. You will be taken through the workout, and each exercise will be explained to you, how it works and the results that should come from it. Your diet will be tracked for you, and adjustments made according to your results and goals. Bodyfat test will be taken often (i.e. weekly) and the results explained in detail, and any adjustments that may need to be made to your nutrition plan. This is the safest and quickest way to reach your goals. You can have as many, or as few, sessions per week, what ever is best to fit your schedule and meet your goals. Basically you will be guided throughout the whole process step by step. Cost: $65 per session
PERSONAL FITNESS COACHING: This service offers a cheaper way to help people achieve their fitness goals. Each week we would meet for about 15-20 minutes, and your bodyfat would be taken and the results explained to you. Your workout program for the following week would be made and explained in detail to you. Your diet needs may change from week to week, so we will monitor your nutrition program closely, so you may achieve your goals in a more timely manner. This service is for those who know how to exercise, but need guidance and accountability.

Body Fat Analysis: This is a onetime only visit. Your body fat will be tested using the nine-point method with skin calipers, and the results explained in full detail. Cost is $30.00
